10 steps to strategic content marketing

10 steps to strategic content marketing

On February 25, I had the pleasure of holding my first webinar under the flags of Unbounce and Citrix. When I look back at the recording, I can of course see many things that might make some people realize that it was my first one. Nevertheless, I received very good feedback and would like to share the slides with you.

Topic: 10 steps to strategic content marketing (SCOM)

The topic of content marketing has been debated and discussed up and down for years. Suddenly anyone can do it and the term "strategy" is often used by many publishers, although tips on individual tactics are published in content (e.g. "10 strategies on how to build your email list").

That's why in the webinar I went into the SCOM framework developed by Mirko Lange - which also serves as the basis for the strategy in Scompler - and presented the 10 steps in 25 minutes. Because 25 minutes is not enough time to go through every single step in detail, you will find a whole host of resources and background information at the end of the slides.

[To the recording of the webinar - after filling out the form]

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ben Harmanus (unbounce) and Julia Lenhard (Citrix) for organizing and moderating the event. The webinar series "Digital Marketing Kick-Off" has received extremely good feedback, a great idea!

Mirko Lange

Founder Scompler

Mirko Lange has been a communications consultant for 27 years and a lecturer at several universities since 2001. In 1999, he founded one of the first consulting firms for online PR in Germany and made a name for himself as the first specialist for corporate communications on the social web in 2008. In 2010, he advised Deutsche Bahn ("Facebook Ticket") and Nestlé ("Kitkat"), among others, on crisis communications, which were hit by the first "shitstorms" in Germany. As a result, Deutsche Bahn, for example, aligned its entire communication to the social web, a process that Lange accompanied. This project resulted in the communication management software Scompler. Scompler now has more than 300 customers, including 6 DAX companies.
