Your career at Scompler: Let's change communication together!
Scompler has been a real success story since it was founded in May 2018: We have been able to acquire more than 400 customers with 5 to 500 users, we have around 25,000 registered users in total, and our customers range from NGOs to global corporations, including seven DAX companies. The best-known names include Deutsche Post DHL, ADAC, Commerzbank and AOK, as well as Fridays for Future, UNICEF and Johanniter.
We particularly enjoy working with NGOs, and we also regularly support great companies on a pro bono basis. We are currently a team of almost 80 people spread all over the world, in Germany we are a good 20 people spread across Munich and Frankfurt. We received seven million euros in investment last year, had a great year in 2023 and want to really take off again in 2024. It's going well!

Preferably from Munich, but just as well in the Frankfurt area or from the home office
Our head office is in Munich. It would be ideal if you were from Munich. We also have a shared office in Frankfurt, where the smaller part of our team is currently based. But if it's a good fit, it's no problem for us if you're based anywhere else in the world. Then we work together remotely and you would only come to Munich once a month so that we can meet regularly in person.
