Since its founding in May 2018, Scompler has been a real success story: we have acquired more than 400 customers with 5 to 500 users, we have a total of around 25,000 registered users, and our customers range from NGOs to global corporations, including seven DAX companies. Among the best-known names are Deutsche Post DHL, the ADAC, Commerzbank and the AOK, but also Fridays for Future, UNICEF and Johanniter.
We particularly enjoy working with NGOs, and we also regularly support great companies on a pro bono basis. We are currently a team of almost 80 people spread all over the world, in Germany we are a good 20 people spread over Munich and Frankfurt. Last year we raised seven million euros in investment last year, had a great year in 2023 and want to really take off again in 2024. It's going well!

We have a great, committed and international team, there are lots of opportunities to get involved, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn. Because we want nothing less than to change communication: Away from a purely technical process, where it's all about reach and engagement, but about meaning and significance. We are constantly looking for ways to help companies create better content more easily together!

Preferably from Munich, but just as well in the Frankfurt area or from the home office
Our head office is in Munich. It would be ideal if you were from Munich. We also have a shared office in Frankfurt, where the smaller part of our team is currently based. But if it's a good fit, it's no problem for us if you're based anywhere else in the world. Then we work together remotely and you would only come to Munich once a month so that we can meet regularly in person.
