Answers to your questions about Scompler's pricing and packages
The contract runs for twelve months from the start date and is billed annually in advance. All prices on this page are net monthly rates. You can add accesses, channels, projects, and credits at any time during the year without signing a new contract. Upon renewal, the prices in effect at that time will apply. We’re happy to discuss longer contract terms or other commercial matters on an individual basis with any interested party.
The price includes the complete core product and a fixed number of accesses, channels, projects, and credits. Only quantities exceeding these limits incur additional charges: additional accounts, channels, and projects; apps and modules from the Marketplace; additional credits for Scompler AI; and, in the Enterprise package, additional Scompler Databridge credits. There is a one-time onboarding fee.
The right package depends on how you work, not on the size of your organization. The Digital plan is a good fit if a central team handles planning, production, and approval. The Enterprise plan is a good fit if multiple teams, brands, or countries plan collaboratively; if your IT department manages access via single sign-on; if Scompler needs to be integrated with your systems; or if multiple stakeholders outside the core team need access to planning, briefings, or reports.
You can start with one team and one project and add additional divisions, brands, or countries later. Access, channels, and projects are added throughout the year. Upgrading from Digital to Enterprise changes the base price and the included features, but not the price per account.
One access is counted per person, not per registration. Each person has exactly one access type, which you determine yourself. External users are counted the same as internal users: an agency editor is an Editor, and an agency reviewer is a Collaborator.
The Collaborator works on the content by commenting, making suggestions, approving, or rejecting. The Viewer reads the content and can see the status at any time, but does not intervene. Anyone who is to participate in decision-making needs Collaborator access.
A channel is defined as any page or social media account that Scompler posts to via auto-publish, even if multiple pages or accounts are on the same platform.
Integrations from the Marketplace—such as CMS, intranet, or employee apps—do not count as channels.
A project is a separate planning space with its own strategy, calendar, and channels-for example, for a second brand, a subsidiary, or a client. The Digital plan includes one project; the Enterprise plan includes five, which can plan together. Each additional project costs 100 euros per month.
You purchase credits in monthly bundles. The more credits you purchase per month, the cheaper each credit is.
When your usage reaches 90 percent, you'll receive a warning; when it reaches 100 percent, you'll get a notification. You can add additional credits through your contact person. We're happy to activate them even while your order is still active.
Scompler AI and Scompler Databridge have separate credit pools.

Scompler Custom isn’t a third pricing tier—it’s the solution for organizations whose structure doesn’t fit into any of our standard packages: nonprofit organizations, public sector clients, corporate groups with multiple subsidiaries, and agencies with many clients. The features are the same as those in the Digital and Enterprise plans, but we’ll work with you to tailor the scope and price during a personal consultation. To get started, submit a custom request via Scompler Custom.
