The problem: you would basically have data that you could use to align your content, but it is distributed and difficult to access.

The idea of the "Content Data Center" is to make all relevant data on content and communication available to all employees (possibly rule-based) in a central location. The principle of the Content Data Center is to integrate data via widgets that are either provided by the source as "embedded" or that we make directly available via an "API" (i.e. an interface).

This allows our customers to use a wide range of data already available from the providers they already use. However, we also want to introduce some very interesting new services that our customers can also obtain via Scompler - some free of charge, some for a fee.

The aim is to provide data on the entire value chain as widgets: PLAN data (this helps us to select and design topics), PUBLISH data (what content have we produced?), REACH data (what content is visible, how and where, and how was it directly reacted to?), IMPACT data (what impact did the communication have on the target groups?) and VALUE data (what was the impact on the business?).

What does the "Content Data Center" look like?
