What does your professional career look like, and what stations did you have before Scompler?
"From strategy consultant to CEO of Scompler: My career began in strategy consulting and led me to a large IT service provider. I gained valuable experience there - from consulting to management. The move to Scompler not only marked the step into the product business, but also into a more agile, dynamic environment. Here I can use my experience in a targeted way to lead a smaller team to great success."
How would you describe your time as Managing Director at Scompler , and what is particularly important to you?
"No two days are the same. During my time at Scompler , I have seen our company grow. Today, over 450 companies and organizations use our platform, and our team is constantly growing. It is important to me to find a balance: Satisfied customers are the result of a team that is motivated to understand needs and implement solutions."
What do you want to achieve with Scompler ?
"Our mission: Rethinking communication. With Scompler , we want to support organizations worldwide to communicate better - strategically, topic-based and targeted. Our goal is to help companies understand and master communication as a transformation process."
How do you reconcile your role as managing director and your role as a father of five children?
"As a father of five children - including three young ones - it is a challenge to meet everyone's needs and strike a balance between family and running the company. At Scompler , teamwork and mutual support is paramount, which gives me the flexibility I need to accommodate my family as well."
What excites you about communication, and what role does Scompler play in this?
"What fascinates me about communication? Communication shapes our everyday lives - in all its forms and manifestations. The right content, strategically planned and conveyed in a targeted manner, is crucial for success. Even before I joined Scompler , the platform played a central role: it enabled my team to work together effectively and implement key communication strategies."
