Digital themed brunch of the Content Commander Club
What do "change" and "mindset change" actually mean in practice?
We look forward to an exciting exchange at our digital Content Commander themed brunch. Click here to register directly.
Do you know the situation: Everyone says the same thing, but everyone means it a little differently?
When it comes to the introduction of newsroom structures in general, but also the introduction of a new tool in particular, there is a lot of talk about "change" and "mindset change". We experience this time and again in our projects. However, it is often not defined exactly what is meant by this: Who should change which mindset? Is everyone starting from the same point? Does everyone have to change everything, or only some processes need to be adapted? Who actually defines this, and how do you ensure that everyone arrives at the desired goal together?
With your support, we want to bring light into the darkness and shed light on how change processes can be implemented in a concrete and practical way. We also want to find out which methods have proven successful in overcoming the challenges that arise. Because the next "change" is sure to come.
What do "change" and "mindset change" actually mean in practice?"
This question will be the focus of our event. We will discuss this with you in a panel with selected experts. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and best practices in breakout sessions, take a closer look at individual issues and network with each other.
We don't call it a "themed brunch" for nothing...
So that we can also have brunch together online, we will provide you with a small snack package. Please let us know the address to which we may send the package when you register.
