Since its foundation, Scompler has stood for innovation and expertise in the field of communication strategy. With our platform, we support over 450 clients from the entire DACH region - from medium-sized companies to ten DAX-listed corporations.

Our history
Scompler was founded in May 2018 by Mirko Lange. The idea arose from a project together with Deutsche Bahn: there was a lack of an efficient and holistic solution for successfully implementing content strategies. The aim was to develop a platform that not only supports the planning, creation and management of content, but also helps to make the content workflow more transparent and collaborative. Scompler was born.
Since then, we have continuously developed and grown. With a passionate team and a clear vision, we are the leading provider of strategic content planning software in the German-speaking world.
Our team
What makes our team spirit so special? At Scompler , around 70 dedicated employees work together as equals. We live a genuine welcoming culture in which everyone learns from each other, grows together and continues to develop.

Our working model
At Scompler , the focus is on personal responsibility and trust-based collaboration. We are convinced that trust-based working hours, hybrid work, workation and part-time models enrich our company in the long term.
Our main office is located in Munich, where our team works in an urban office above the rooftops of Haidhausen. In Frankfurt, we have a second location in the centrally located TechQuartier, which is used as a shared office. And if your own home is the ideal workplace , we meet virtually via Teams.
