Scompler AI Co-Worker: Release on November 17, 2026 +++
Communications teams are now being supported by strategic colleagues. Scompler AI Co-Workers take on defined tasks—assigned via the workflow or by mention—and complete them independently within the context of your project, without you relinquishing final responsibility.
Coordinated, reliable, strategic.
The Three New Scompler AI Co-Workers
DRAFTER
The Productive Coworker
writes and edits texts in accordance with the communication context—based on story briefs, strategic messages, and the project’s published content.
REVIEWER
The Scrutinizing Coworker
Checks the draft against the briefing, length requirements, and established language guidelines, provides specific feedback, and thus helps you before you give final approval.
ORCHESTRATOR
The Coordinating Coworker
keeps track of content operations, identifies overdue tasks and gaps in the editorial calendar, and notifies the assigned person. What used to take hours of system maintenance is now handled by the Orchestrator in seconds.
"When we developed Scompler AI, we knew that AI should not become an end in itself. Communication needs direction, goals, and consistency-otherwise, it just becomes faster and louder, not better. Scompler AI not only generates content, but also supports communication teams as a long-term and strategic team player."
Erik Pauli, Head of Product

Questions & answers about Scompler AI
Scompler AI understands your entire communication strategy. The AI works directly within your Scompler setup, leverages your goals, topics, personas, and messages, identifies gaps in your topic architecture or communication planning, and creates consistent content across all channels and teams. It reduces manual effort, enhances strategic storytelling, and integrates seamlessly into your projects-fully data-compliant and completely secure.
Starting November 17, 2026, Scompler AI Co-Workers will be available in the project settings. Scompler AI can be used with any Scompler Pro account, as well as with the Digital and Enterprise packages, which include a free quota.
With the new release, Scompler AI evolves from an assistant to a co-worker: It takes on defined roles directly within the project. Co-workers are activated individually—the project administrator enables each one via the Marketplace and approves their permissions in the process. Only this activation adds the co-worker as a project member; simply installing it via the Marketplace is not enough.
Scompler AI is included in every Pro plan, as well as in the new Digital and Enterprise packages, with a free allowance of 100 credits per month per organization. When you reach 90% of your credit limit, you’ll receive a notification; when you reach 100%, the AI features will be paused until the start of the next month, or you can purchase additional credits through your account manager. Unused credits expire at the end of the month. The new version of Scompler AI uses up to 75% fewer credits than the first version.
Scompler AI guides you from strategy through to publication. In the new version, Scompler AI helps you build your topic architecture-from scratch for new projects or as a gap analysis for existing ones, identifying gaps and topics new topics . It also features integrated web search within Scompler and the ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and statuses via chat. Scompler AI also provides support for content planning and operations: developing stories and briefings, generating articles, social media posts, or newsletters, optimizing existing content, and adapting style and tone to each channel. You can read about all use cases here .
The writing co-worker drafts and revises texts based on the project context, including briefings, established strategic goals, personas, and previously published content. The reviewing co-worker checks drafts against the briefing, sources, tone, and language guidelines before they are approved. The coordinating co-worker keeps track of topics, stories, and articles and reports on what each person needs to complete by when.
Generative AI can make mistakes. That’s why Scompler AI is designed as a suggestion system. Everything is subject to review; nothing is saved without your confirmation. Statements include clickable source references-categorized by project data, web sources, and model knowledge-and the AI transparently displays its work steps. With Scompler AI, you can have sensitive content checked for unsubstantiated statements before publication.
Each co-worker acts only within the scope of their permissions, which the project admin grants in Scompler upon activation. Content approval always remains in human hands; drafting and review are handled by different people (the dual-control principle), and irreversible actions—such as deleting content—require explicit confirmation. Every action taken by coworkers can be traced and reviewed.
Yes. Each Co-Worker can be enabled or disabled individually and restricted to specific users, projects, or objects. Permissions can be revoked at any time—just as you would with a human team member—through standard user management. This way, you can start small and expand usage step by step.
You’ll enhance the strategic quality of your content, minimize strategic gaps, save time, and ensure consistency across all channels, teams, and formats. The AI takes care of routine tasks such as text generation, daily task briefings, and project management, while also helping you develop topics and personas and ensuring that your communication always stays on-strategy.
Generic AI operates without your strategic context: It requires long prompts, often delivers generic results, and requires a lot of manual follow-up work. On top of that, it operates separately from your content processes, usually in the form of many individual tools. Scompler AI, on the other hand, understands your strategy, company data, and content, and delivers transparent and consistent results for everyone-results that are based directly on your project data and can be seamlessly integrated with just a few clicks.
Our AI selects the right model for each task. It uses fundamental LLMs from AWS, specifically the Amazon Nova and Anthropic Claude models.
The AI draws on what you’ve stored in your Scompler project: goals, topics, storylines, personas, messages, briefings, metadata, and your corporate style. This saves you from the hassle of copying and pasting between tools, writing long prompts, and creating generic content-and instead helps you develop communication strategies that are perfectly aligned with your overall strategy. In addition, Scompler AI can incorporate external data and sources via web search.
Our AI runs entirely on AWS Bedrock with EU-only inference profiles. All requests are processed exclusively within the EU; customer data does not leave the selected AWS regions. Scompler uses standard models from Bedrock and does not train its own models based on customer content.
Amazon Bedrock does not store or log prompts or outputs, does not use them for training purposes, and does not share them with model providers. Data processed or stored by Scompler is subject to our own security and retention policies.
AWS encrypts all data in transit and at rest and meets extensive compliance standards (including SOC 1/2/3; ISO 9001, 27001, 27017, 27018, 27701; HIPAA; FedRAMP Moderate; CSA STAR Level 2). Amazon Bedrock can be used in full compliance with GDPR.
According to the AWS Shared Responsibility Model, AWS secures the infrastructure, while customers control topics data classification, access, encryption, logging, and retention themselves.
Web search is intentionally opt-in: Project admins enable it in the settings with explicit consent, and you choose the provider-an EU-based option (Linkup) or Brave (U.S.)-yourself. Without activation, no search query leaves the system.
