"Audience Pulse reveals how your target audience really feels—directly linked to the topics stories you’re communicating. In the past, this was at best a gut feeling, or occasionally a one-off survey: now it’s a continuous signal that appears right alongside your reach and engagement metrics. This is the first concrete step toward what we call Audience Centricity: planning around the people receiving the message, rather than just topics the topics we want to get across."

Questions & Answers About Scompler Audience Pulse
Audience Pulse adds the one dimension your performance metrics have been missing: how your audience truly responds to your communications. AI-powered, automatically classified, and seamlessly integrated into Scompler.
Audience Pulse is an AI-powered sentiment analysis feature within Scompler’s Community Management platform. It automatically classifies incoming comments as positive, neutral, negative, or mixed, and aggregates these signals down to topics article, story, and topics. The goal is to systematically show communications and marketing teams how their content resonates emotionally with their audience—not just how many people it has reached.
Audience Pulse will be available starting June 2, 2026, and is included at no additional cost in Scompler Community Management. Existing Community Management users will automatically gain access with the release. For those who do not yet use Scompler Community Management, it is available as a paid add-on. The additional cost is based on the total size of your Scompler contract.
Audience Pulse is designed specifically for three target groups: community managers who need to prioritize comments on a daily basis; senior managers and communication leads who want to understand how their stories and topics resonate emotionally; and teams responsible for crisis communication who need to identify spikes in negative sentiment early on.
The key difference lies not in the sentiment classification itself, but in how it’s linked: While standard sentiment and social listening tools operate separately from your communication strategy, Audience Pulse is directly integrated into Scompler’s topic architecture. Every comment is automatically topic to the corresponding article, story, and overarching topic , allowing you to quickly identify patterns, topics , and optimize your strategy.
Audience Pulse is the first step toward narrative intelligence. This approach aims to systematically measure and bridge the gap between what an audience is currently thinking and feeling and what a company wants to communicate. For the first time, teams can reliably determine whether their communications are actually changing perceptions—and not just achieving reach.
