Our company
Since its foundation, Scompler has stood for innovation and expertise in the field of content strategy. With our platform, we support over 450 customers from the entire DACH region - from medium-sized companies to ten DAX-listed corporations.
Our success is based on innovative technology, combined with a deep understanding of our customers' needs and the communication expertise within our team. We are more than just a platform provider - we are a strategic partner for sustainable content management.
Our commitment goes beyond economic success: we also support NGOs with reduced prices to make their important work more visible.

What makes our team spirit so special? At Scompler , around 70 dedicated employees work together as equals. We live a genuine welcoming culture in which everyone learns from each other, grows together and continuously develops.

Our history
Scompler was founded in May 2018 by Mirko Lange. The idea came from a project together with Deutsche Bahn: there was a lack of an efficient and holistic solution for successfully implementing content strategies. The aim was to develop a platform that not only supports the planning, creation and management of content, but also helps to make the content workflow more transparent and collaborative. Scompler was born.
Since then, we have continued to evolve and grow. With a passionate team and a clear vision, we are the leading provider of strategic content planning software in the German-speaking world.
Our mission
For us, there is currently hardly a more exciting company in Germany for all those who live and love strategic communication. Scompler brings together many different experts from different locations in Germany and Europe, age groups and backgrounds.
What unites us? Communication is in our DNA - and it is precisely this passion that we want to pass on to our customers.
We are always looking for new ways to bring stories to the center, connect people and improve communication. Our mission? We create orientation and clarity in an increasingly complex world of communication and help our clients to tell their stories in a targeted and effective way.
