We are consultants, trainers and coaches for our clients. We know that strategy is the foundation. And from the experience of around 100 projects, we have gained enough experience to proceed methodically on the one hand, but still leave enough leeway for individual needs on the other.

Modular design

Our consulting services have a modular structure. We work with a total of 12 modules. Depending on how far we want to delve into the topic, each workshop module lasts between one hour and one day. In other words, in one day you can get an introduction to all the elements or work on one to a maximum of three of them in depth. If you want to go through the entire program, you should plan at least three days.

During implementation, we proceed according to the SCOM process we have developed. It ensures that you can later operationalize your strategy smoothly.
