The key messages of the keynote

  • The most important task of companies is to satisfy the needs of their target groups. Only those who succeed in doing so will be successful. 
  • Content should not just be "marketing", but should address the same needs as the product (and the company). 
  • Content must become an integral part of the company's offering. 
  • In this way, content makes a significant contribution to value creation and corporate success beyond "marketing". 
  • "Content" has two dimensions: The technical-formal dimension (logistics) and the sociological-content dimension (communication)
  • Ergo: "Content" is much more than just a marketing discipline. Content is a central and value-creating asset. 
  • In the future, content management will become integrated communication management. 

Impressions of the CMCX 2022

CMCX 2022 took place at Dock² in Cologne. After the opening by Mirko Lange, companies such as Vorwerk and AIDA showed how they approach the topic of content marketing.
