We analyze your project and identify questions and approaches for our consulting services.
Live evaluation
In an initial online workshop (90 min.), we will review your Scompler configuration with you, look for potential optimizations, and get to know your working methods better.
Optimization recommendations
We will then develop a customized catalog of measures for you with suggestions on how you can use Scompler even more efficiently.
Personal advice
In a second workshop (online, 90 min.) we will discuss the proposed measures and support you in implementing them.
Tried and tested training courses
With the help of the Scompler Academy, you will get to know Scompler even better and be able to make further optimizations on your own.
Active feedback
We actively monitor your adjustments and progress over a period of six to eight weeks and provide direct feedback if we notice anything that you can do even better.
Support during implementation
In 2-3 further meetings (online, 30-45 minutes) during the project, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and, if necessary, develop further measures.

For 1.5 consultant days worth €2,100, we offer the Scompler Clinic at a price of €1,000.
